Terms and Conditions

(1) Lifetime replacement warranty on all optical transceivers, cables, media converters and network memory. (2) New sealed surplus hardware sold with a 90-day replacement warranty. (3) Used, refurbished and new open box surplus hardware sold with a 60-day replacement warranty. (4) No returns authorized for licenses, service contracts or SMARTnets. (5) Any discrepancies in shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. (6) All returns must be approved by obtaining an RMA number. (7) We reserve the right to either replace, refund or credit parts returned to us. (8) Upon approval, we may accept non-defective returns. Any authorized returns of non-defective items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
